Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role

Step into a senior engineering role where Adaptability and Cypress drive everything we build at Business Solutions Partners. Own your projects, earn $113,000 - $163,000, and grow with a team that turns 6 years of Cypress into real results.

Key Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer the boldly-pragmatic Cypress format Business Solutions Partners inherited and never documented
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
• Coordinate releases with stakeholders across Plymouth, MN and remote teams
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Ship incremental improvements to Business Solutions Partners's Plymouth platform on a regular cadence
• Pull Kubernetes telemetry into dashboards Business Solutions Partners leaders actually open

What You'll Bring

• Comfort steering technology conversations toward a decision
• Proven Kubernetes results, ideally seasoned in Plymouth, MN
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a senior capacity
• Comfort with a Business Solutions Partners pace that rarely sits still
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in

The team at Business Solutions Partners is small, ruthlessly-focused, and entirely convinced that Plymouth is the best place to reinvent technology. We'd rather hear hard truths in the hallway than polite fictions in the all-hands.

What we put on the table: $113,000 - $163,000, coaching for your Adaptability, benefits worth having, and freedom to grow at your own pace.

Live and listening, the hiring team reads new applications as they arrive.

Your next $113,000 - $163,000 opportunity is one application away, so why keep it waiting?
