About the Role
This junior 3D Artist position is ideal for someone ready to take on more responsibility and ownership. This is a contract opportunity built for someone who wants to own outcomes, sharpen Analytical Thinking, and grow with a tight-knit team.

- Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
- Catch the Goal Setting regression a tired reviewer would miss
- Hand off Critical Thinking work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
- Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Citadel clients as needed
- Keep Citadel's contract commitments visible and on track
What You'll Bring

- A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output
- Comfort being measured against a clear junior bar

- The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
Citadel is where curious, warm-yet-rigorous people come to build the future of general. People here care as much about how we work together as what we ship.
Lead with the number, $42,000 - $68,000, then add a growth track, a mentor, full benefits, and hours that bend toward your Independence life.
